چکیده
Sino-nasal synovial sarcomas are rare mesenchymal tumours, most arising primarily from the paranasal sinuses. Very few have been described with an extension to nasal cavity. Due a range of non-specific symptoms and local aggressiveness, diagnosis tends be confusing. Here we describe case primary sino-nasal monophasic sarcoma, diagnosed by histopathology treated excision adjuvant radiation therapy. On follow-up, patient had minimal residual disease was further offered revision surgery chemotherapy. She declined received chemotherapy, remains symptom-free date. A wide diagnoses should considered for masses since all tissue types coexist in this region.

Metastatic monophasic synovial sarcoma of the pleura.
Pleural metastasis of synovial sarcoma that originally developed in the soft tissue is a very rare entity. We report here the detailed clinical features of such a case. An asymptomatic 25-year-old female, with a history of a resected synovial sarcoma in her left brachial muscle and pulmonary metastasectomy of the right lung, presented a small nodule in the periphery of the left lung on a routin...

متن کاملPoorly differentiated monophasic synovial sarcoma of the mediastinum.
Poorly differentiated synovial sarcoma is a diagnostically challenging neoplasm. Most commonly they occur in the soft tissue of the extremities and are rare in the mediastinum. They can be indistinguishable from other "round cell tumors" based on the morphology alone or at times by immunohistochemical studies. Here in, we report an extremely rare case of metastatic poorly differentiated monopha...
